Refund & Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase (All Free Course) we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any services that you purchased with us.

Course Validity Update (As per Company Policy):

All courses purchased on or before 31st December 2024 with lifetime validity will have access valid up to 31st December 2024.

For courses purchased from 1st January 2025 onwards, lifetime validity will be defined as 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase.

For Video Course

Our policy lasts 2 hrs. If 2 hrs have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Live Batch

1) Refund requests will be accepted in case of any unavoidable situations at the student’s end within 3 days from enrollment.

2) Refund request only will be accepted via email (info@tgmacad.com) with valid reason, no other medium will be acceptable for refund and point no. 1 is applicable.

3) In any case student is not able to continue with current batch (reason could be anything) and he/she wants to continue with future batch, 15% fee will be chargeable as reschedule.

4) If student enrolled but due to some unavoidable reason he/she could not attend a single class, condition no. 3 will be applicable.

5) Reschedule request will be accepted only before the batch end via email (info@tgmacad.com).

For Hybrid Batch

1) Before the starting of the Hybrid batch you can request refund, but in that case we will only refund 85% and 15% will not be refunded at any cost.

2) After the starting of the Hybrid batch you can't request refund.

Your Order Cancellation Rights for All Free Course

Once the order is accomplished and the virtual product. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

We do not issue a refund under the following circumstances

Too late response from email, call or chat support (10 am to 6 pm working days and except India’s national holidays).

If you joined our platform from any referral link, then you are not applicable for any refund. And we do not initiate any refund in this case.

If you find some lessons or video courses, software or resources are missing at this moment, first, you have to contact us to understand where, how and when to find the missing video courses, software or resources.

Courses are completely free for All Free Course (digital service), so if you do not pay anything (0 Rupee) for any individual courses, there is not any refund policy applicable for that or these individual courses, and we do not issue any refund in this case.

Courses and lessons might be boring or you feel some lessons are boring or you already know some or all the information that we provide through our recorded videos or weekly live video; we are not responsible for that.

"I am just not interested anymore" or "I don’t want this" or "I don’t like the courses" reasons will not be considered.

Refund requests will be accepted in case of any unavoidable situations at the student’s end within 3 days from enrollment with proper valid reason via email only.
